Delicious Fruit and Oats Smoothie


This is so good!  I adapted a smoothie recipe from our detox.  It takes very little time to make and is highly nutritious.  Makes approximately 2-3 servings.   Enjoy!






½ cup of uncooked rolled oats
2 ½ cups of Almond milk
2 Tbsp of Almond butter
1 heaping scoop of Vega One chocolate flavour
1 ½ Tbsp of Agave
2 Tbsp of Flax seeds
1 Tbsp of Sesame seeds
1 Organic Banana
6-8 full frozen Strawberries
